The Site provides information about our Havanese dogs and puppies, our services, and how to apply for a puppy. Information on the Site is for general purposes and may change without notice.
Puppy Availability and Applications
Listings, photos, and videos show puppies that are or were recently available. Availability can change quickly, and we do not guarantee that any puppy listed is still available.
• Submitting a puppy application or joining a waitlist does not guarantee you will be offered a puppy. We may approve, decline, or place applications on hold at our discretion, and we place puppies in the homes we believe are the best match.
• Applications must be truthful and complete. We may decline or cancel an application containing false information.
Deposits, Contracts, and Payment
• A puppy is reserved only after we have received a signed Puppy Sales Contract and the required deposit, as described in that contract.
• Deposit amounts, whether a deposit is refundable or transferable, and the payment schedule are set out in the Puppy Sales Contract.
• Accepted payment methods are [list methods]. Please confirm payment instructions directly with us by phone before sending any money. We will never change payment instructions by text or email without verifying with you by phone.
• If these Terms conflict with a signed Puppy Sales Contract, the Puppy Sales Contract controls.
Health Guarantee
Our health guarantee, including its coverage, conditions, time limits, and remedies, is stated in the Puppy Sales Contract. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty beyond what is written in the signed contract. Puppies are living animals, and we cannot guarantee that a puppy will never become ill or develop a condition after it goes home.
Appearance, Size, and Temperament
Descriptions and photos of puppies and parents are provided in good faith. Puppies change as they grow, and we cannot guarantee a puppy’s adult size, weight, coat color, coat texture,markings, or temperament. Photos and videos may differ from a puppy’s current appearance.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery options, timing, fees, and responsibilities are described in the Puppy Sales Contract or agreed with you in writing. Puppies are generally ready to go home at [8 to 10] weeks of age, when we determine they are ready. Travel arrangements by third parties, such as flight nannies or ground transporters, are subject to those providers’ terms.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including posing as a buyer or breeder.
• Copy, scrape, or republish our photos, videos, text, or listings without our written permission.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Submit false, harmful, or abusive content through our forms.
Intellectual Propert
The Site’s content, including text, photographs, videos, logos, and design, belongs to Cindy’s Clever Canines or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
Your Submissions
If you send us photos, reviews, or testimonials, you give us permission to display them on the Site and our social media in connection with our business, unless you ask us to remove them. You confirm that you have the right to share what you submit.
